AucklandDescriptionThe role will liaise extensively with the report writing team to ensure that the data is extracted from our core system and that reports are produced, tested, documented and maintained to a high standard. This technically focused role will be involved in the design, build, test and maintenance of our inhouse platform that ingests data to output communications and reports in a variety of different formats (XLXS, PDF, HTML).Job specificationDevelop and maintain the backend components of our fulfilment software (Quadient Inspire & Scaler)Building and maintaining fulfilment templates in line with required specifications, including the application of business rules and conditional/dynamic contentOptimising and improving Designer workflows to ensure efficient processingDesign, implement and test business logic to achieve the right outcomesWork with the report writing team to request any report builds or modifications requiredAssist with any fulfilment and report testing and sign offEngage with technology vendors to internally to support developmentWork closely with the IT team to oversee the archiving of fulfilment outputs to Azure cloud storageProvide technical support to the client reporting team on software featuresDocumentation of key infrastructure enhancements or changesSkills Required:Tertiary qualification in commerce, technology, or a related specialisationNatural aptitude for data analysis and interpretationAble to demonstrate an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and release management processCompetency with programming languages (C#, Python or Java preferred)Understanding of HTML/CSS email design is preferred but not essentialWhat you will get in return:A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business;Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience;Training and development opportunitiesAdditional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
