La société recrute un Client Sales and Success Director pour rejoindre son équipe à Santiago, Chili. Ce rôle implique la direction d’une petite équipe tout en contribuant directement aux ventes pour des comptes stratégiques. Ce poste hybride nécessite des compétences en gestion de personnel et en contribution individuelle.
Responsabilités principales
Ventes clients stratégiques :
- Prospecter proactivement de nouveaux clients au moyen d’un réseau personnel.
- Collaborer avec un représentant en développement commercial pour générer des leads via des campagnes.
- Gérer le cycle de vente complet, de l’opportunité qualifiée jusqu’à la signature du contrat.
Encadrement des représentants en ventes et succès clients :
- Coacher l’équipe en utilisant des outils comme Gong AI pour améliorer les performances.
- Gérer les processus internes liés à la direction des personnes.
Leader du pays :
- Représenter Wellhub sur le marché local lors d’événements RH.
- Définir la stratégie pour le marché chilien en collaboration avec des parties prenantes mondiales.
Profil recherché
Les candidats doivent posséder une expérience solide (4-5 ans) en vente B2B ou en gestion de comptes, de préférence dans le secteur du bien-être ou de la technologie. Les qualifications incluent :
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication.
- Capacité à bâtir et maintenir des relations clients solides.
- Connaissance des outils de CRM, de préférence Salesforce et Gong.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, la connaissance du portugais étant un atout.

Learn more about it here.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Client Sales and Success Director to our Client Sales and Success team in Santiago – Chile!The Client Sales and Success Director is responsible for leading a team of two individuals, one in Client Sales and one in Client Success. This role also involves direct sales to key strategic accounts. It encompasses a hybrid function, requiring both individual contribution and people management skills. Furthermore, this position serves as the Country Leader and the primary spokesperson for Wellhub in Chile, both internally and externally.YOUR IMPACTStrategic Client Sales:– Proactively prospect for new clients through a personal network.
– Collaborate with a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads via outbound campaigns, including coaching and training the BDR.
– Co-develop initiatives with the marketing team to generate inbound leads and influence other potential clients.
– Manage the complete sales cycle, from qualified opportunity to contract signing.
– Partner with the legal team to negotiate complex B2B contracts.Leading Client Sales and Success Representatives:– Act as a coach to the team, leveraging tools such as Gong AI to provide continuous feedback and improve their skills and results.
– Manage internal people leadership processes.
– Support your team on internal discussions and exceptions requests with senior stakeholders including our CFO, CRO, COO and Chief Legal Officer.Acting as the Country Leader:– Represent Wellhub as the leader for the local market by participating in HR events as both an attendee and speaker.
– Define the strategy for the Chilean market and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure its effective execution.Who You Are– Proven experience (4-5 years) in B2B sales or account management leadership within Chile.
– Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with large enterprises.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Understanding of b2b marketplace dynamics.
– Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Working knowledge of CRM tools and client communication platforms, preferably Salesforce and Gong.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Passion for client relations and a commitment to excellence.
– Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Portuguese would be a plus.Desirable Skills:– Experience in the HR, wellness, or health-related technology sector.
