You understand the nuances of marketing strategy and are particularly adept at understanding how to market investment opportunities effectively to investors.What you will doReporting directly to the President for Customer Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our customer marketing strategy. You will lead our efforts to create top-tier marketing funnels that effectively raise capital and keep our customers delighted. Your key responsibilities will include:-Developing and implementing comprehensive customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and relevant marketing communications.-Overseeing the creation of compelling customer-centric content, such as case studies, testimonials, and success stories, to amplify customer advocacy and drive engagement.-Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to gain deep insights into customer journeys and pinpoint strategic marketing intervention points.-Establishing and diligently tracking key customer marketing performance indicators, providing regular, insightful reports to leadership to inform strategic decisions.-Providing strong leadership and mentorship to a talented team of marketing professionals focused on enhancing customer engagement and fostering long-term loyalty.-Identifying and strategically implementing new marketing technologies and platforms to optimize the effectiveness of our customer marketing initiatives.-Developing and carefully managing the budget allocated for customer marketing programs and activities.-Staying at the forefront of industry best practices and emerging trends in customer marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and impactful.-Partnering effectively with the Product team to ensure seamless communication of new features, updates, and benefits to our valued customers.-Designing and executing innovative customer loyalty programs and initiatives that strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.The most critical part of this role is: A deep understanding of marketing strategy and how to market investment opportunities to investors.What skills you needYou possess a strong analytical acumen with a high level of proficiency in data analysis to inform strategic decisions and measure campaign effectiveness. You bring a powerful blend of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to develop innovative marketing approaches. Excellent project management skills are essential to effectively lead and execute complex marketing initiatives.The ideal candidate must have:-6-8 years of progressive experience in performance marketing strategy roles.-Proven experience with full-funnel marketing tactics, including media buying, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and sophisticated nurturing and conversion strategies.-Deep familiarity with full funnel marketing KPIs and data analysis.-In depth knowledge of different ad platforms such as Meta, Google, Tiktok and more.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.This role can be based out of our Los Angeles or Austin office. \n\nFounded in 2018 by leading capital markets lawyers, DealMaker has blazed its own trail as the leading online capital-raising platform.
