Responsabilités Clés

Acquisition et Transition des Clients : Le CVA Rep se concentre sur l’acquisition de nouveaux clients ainsi que sur la transition des clients existants vers le nouveau programme CVA, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les responsables des différents secteurs.

Contribuer à la Croissance du Chiffre d’Affaires : Ce poste implique de garantir des rapports précis sur les partenaires et les clients, en s’assurant de leur conformité avec les résultats commerciaux.

Collaboration avec Clients et Partenaires : L’adjoint devra travailler avec des clients pour définir et prioriser la feuille de route de l’exécution du programme CVA.

Intégration des Retours Clients : Collecte des avis des clients afin de les intégrer dans des améliorations pratiques du programme.

Alignement avec les Objectifs Organisationnels : Assurer que le programme CVA s’aligne avec les priorités stratégiques d’IBM.

Culture Client au Centre : Promouvoir une mentalité « orientée client » pour garantir satisfaction et résultats impactants.

Exigences et Qualifications

Éducation Requise : Diplôme secondaire (GED) | Éducation Préférée : Diplôme de premier cycle universitaire.
Compétences Requises :

  • Expérience dans la gestion de partenariats fructueux et développement commercial.
  • Compréhension des contrats logiciels IBM, notamment des accords d’utilisation.
  • Compétences en communication et leadership pour inspirer des équipes transversales.
  • Expertise en ventes et négociation au niveau C auprès des clients partenaires.

Partner closely with CVA Leaders in markets AND Software Licensing Leaders on Market level for best outcomes & teaming.Drive Revenue Growth: Contribute to the growth of IBM by ensuring timely and accurate Partner/Client reporting and resolution of reporting results (both over deployments and not deployed software). Partner closely with IBM Sales and broader internal and external stakeholders to help drive business results.Collaborate with Clients and Partners: Work alongside Clients and Business Partners to define and prioritize the CVA program execution roadmap based on market trends, client feedback, and business goals.Customer Feedback Integration: Gather insights from Clients and Business Partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable improvements for the CVA program.Ensure Program Alignment: Ensure that the WW CVA Program aligns with IBM’s GTM organizational priorities and the evolving needs of our clients.Foster a Customer-First Mindset: Champion a ‘customer-first’ culture by delivering intuitive and impactful results through the CVA program, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.Required educationHigh School Diploma/GEDPreferred educationBachelor’s DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise

  • Experience: Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and driving business results. Sales & business development experience.
  • Skills: Understanding of IBM Software Contracts (ELAs in particular), knowledge and experience with IBM Software License Terms, experience with SAM practices & IBM’s IASP Deployment program and best practices.
  • Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills & guide and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Sales & Negotiations Expertise: Sales and Negotiation skills with ability to negotiate at a Partner C Level Client Executive. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through program execution and client partnerships.
