Description du Poste
Dans le cadre de ses activités, Ecolinks recherche un Climate Infrastructure Development Manager pour diriger le développement de projets de cuisine propre au bioéthanol et d’autres initiatives climatiques en Afrique. Ce poste joue un rôle clé en déterminant l’ampleur du projet, en gérant les coûts, en établissant les délais et en évaluant les ressources nécessaires. La planification minutieuse et l’exécution efficace seront primordiales, notamment en ce qui concerne la logistique pour le transport de matières premières et la distribution de bioéthanol.
Tâches et Responsabilités Principales
- Développement de Projet : Diriger le développement du projet de cuisine propre au bioéthanol, en élaborant le cadre global, le budget et les ressources nécessaires.
- Planification Logistique : Superviser la planification et l’exécution de la logistique pour le transport des matières premières et la distribution de bioéthanol.
- Supervision Ingénierie : Gérer les consultants et entrepreneurs chargés des processus d’ingénierie liés à la création de l’usine de bioéthanol, avec un fort accent sur la qualité et la durabilité.
- Gestion des Parties Prenantes : Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour établir des relations solides et garantir l’alignement avec les objectifs du projet.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the project scope, managing costs, establishing timelines, and evaluating resources. Emphasis will be placed on meticulous planning and execution, including logistics for feedstock transportation and bioethanol distribution.TasksPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Development: Lead the development of the bioethanol clean cooking project and other climate initiatives in Africa, taking charge of developing the overall project scope, budget, timeline, and required resources.Logistics Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of logistics for feedstock transportation and bioethanol distribution, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.Engineering Oversight: Manage consultant/contractor in charge of engineering processes associated with the establishment of the bioethanol factory, maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, sustainability, and respect of industry standards.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals.Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, updating on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing bioethanol production, cookstove manufacturing, and distribution processes.Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of the project, aligning with the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.Requirements
