Description du poste : Position Summary:Horatio is looking for a Clinical Psychologist. This person will provide in-house counseling and crisis intervention to our employees and contribute to the construction and successful execution of the mental wellness program for the company.Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological first aid in circumstances requiring immediate psychological intervention.
• Observe and assess employees through counseling sessions, appropriate interactions, and psychological evaluations in order to create a short-term individual plan of action for the employee’s personal and professional improvement. Refer the employee to an external psychologist or pertinent health professional if required.
• Schedule follow-up meetings appropriately to evaluate the employee’s progress.
• Document interactions with employees adequately, adhering to Horatio policies, the ethical principles of psychologists, and ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Identify recurrent mental health topics in the Horatio workplace and provide relevant mental health workshops and information to Horatio employees.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Knowledge in crisis intervention techniques and psychological first aid.
• Emotional intelligence.
• Empathetic, non-judgmental approach.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to document and update information in an organized manner.
• Ability to plan counseling sessions and short-term interventions in accordance with specific individual needs.
• Relevant knowledge and experience in psychological testing

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and Master’s degree in related fields
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles or related fields
• Exequatur
