Description du Poste

West Monroe recherche un Consultant Cloud & Infrastructure pour rejoindre son équipe de Enterprise Technology. Cette fonction est destinée à un professionnel technologique alliant expertise et sens aigu des affaires. Le candidat retenu aidera à résoudre des problèmes complexes en utilisant des services cloud publics et des outils d’infrastructure innovants.

Responsabilités Principales

• Collaborer avec d’autres consultants pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions d’infrastructure informatique sur le cloud.
• Évaluer les processus informatiques actuels des clients et formuler des recommandations personnalisées.
• Développer des plans de migration pour améliorer les services cloud et les systèmes technologiques.
• Utiliser des outils tels que Infrastructure-as-Code et des scripts pour moderniser les environnements clients.
• Appliquer des pratiques Agile et des méthodes CI/CD pour répondre aux attentes des clients.
• Présenter des feuilles de route de solutions aux dirigeants des clients.
• Participer à la formation continue et au développement des compétences au sein de l’équipe.
• Encadrer des consultants juniors pour enrichir les connaissances de l’équipe.

Qualifications Requises

• Diplôme en informatique ou dans un domaine pertinent, ou expérience équivalente.
• Expérience préalable dans une société de conseil ou dans un secteur similaire.
• 4 à 6 ans d’expérience dans l’informatique, notamment en cloud public.
• Expérience concrète d’au moins 3 ans en déploiement de services cloud.
• Compétences en Azure, AWS, GCP, ainsi qu’en migration des systèmes.
• Maîtrise de scripts (Python, PowerShell) et d’outils d’automatisation comme Terraform.
• Capacité à vulgariser des concepts complexes auprès d’audiences techniques et non techniques.
• Compétences en communication écrite et orale.
• Certifications souhaitées :
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Architect

We’re looking for a technologist with keen business acumen to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems, while leveraging public cloud services, automation, and other cutting-edge infrastructure tools. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a high-growth company and employee-centric culture while helping enterprise clients transform their IT infrastructure environments.Responsibilities:

• Work within a team of technology consultants to design, build, and implement public cloud & IT infrastructure solutions with the goal of improving client business and technical operations
• Interview client stakeholders, assess current state IT processes and infrastructure environments, define requirements, and make solution recommendations
• Develop migration plans and strategies for implementing or improving cloud services, cloud-based applications, on-premises systems, end-user technology, and/or networking capabilities
• Use Infrastructure-as-Code, scripting, and other tools to modernize client environments and automate tasks during migrations. Build and configure services on a reference architecture.
• Demonstrate proficiency in key processes and methodologies, including Agile practices, CI/CD workflows, and requirements gathering, to ensure alignment with client expectations and maintain confidence in our ability to follow their established processes
• Partner with architects, engagement leads, and other consultant teammates to present solution roadmaps to client executives and communicate project status updates
• Leverage both external & internal trainings as well as our Cloud Computing-Center of Excellence to sharpen technical proficiencies, learn new technologies, and further develop leadership skills
• Contribute to practice development such as creating re-usable frameworks, developing internal training, technology accelerators
• Coach and mentor to junior consultants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required
• Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
• 4-6+ years of IT experience in areas such as public cloud computing (required), Windows/Linux systems, end-user technology, servers & virtualization, networking, data center, security, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on public cloud deployment experience
• Experience working on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, ‘on-prem to cloud’ migration projects and hands on experience with the following: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), VNet, Azure Storage, AWS: EC2, S3, VPC, EKS
• Experience using scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.), automation, and/or Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform to deploy hybrid-cloud environments
• Comfortable in conveying complex public cloud and other IT concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and presenting to executive level clients
• Proficient verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills
• Preferred certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Architect
