- Independently analyze part family data, identify opportunities for consolidation and standardization, and develop and implement part family planning strategies, demonstrating a deeper understanding of supply chain optimization and cost reduction through part family management.
- Independently secure capacities with suppliers for new projects, demonstrating a deeper understanding of supplier capabilities and leading the coordination with suppliers to ensure readiness for increased demand.
- Can actively manage Stakeholders up to department heads, proactively communicates topics and finds best solutions for Bosch.
- Cost analysis and management, conduct annual price negotiation with suppliers, market scouting/analysis and cost benchmarking.
- Capacity management, Contract management, Supply chain risk management.
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
- Master degree, engineering background preferred, from renowned university as plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage business relationship with international stakeholders and suppliers.
- Self-motivating and able to cope with difficult situation, team player with flexibility.
- Fluent in English, knowledge in German is plus; good analytical and negotiation skills.
