Description du poste : Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts with distributors and vendors: drafting, negotiations, system coordination, registration, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of additional agreements related to trade and marketing activities.
- Support vendor onboarding, including risk assessment processes and compliance certification acknowledgements.
- Oversee purchase order creation and internal approvals for commercial and marketing activities.
- Lead monthly reporting processes on contract status, marketing activities, POSM usage, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate internal documentation (acts of acceptance, audits, control of payments) in SAP and other internal systems.
- Generate reports and insights based on distributor stock data and commercial performance using tools such as PharmXplorer, Excel, and internal reporting systems.
- Assist regional managers with reporting needs and cross-functional support.
- Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving distributor engagement and communication models.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Higher education – Bachelor/Master’s degree.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Intermediate level of English.
- High attention to detail, ability to work with complex documentation and data.
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize.
- Experienced user of MS Excel; experience with SAP, PharmXplorer, or similar internal systems is a plus.
