Dans ce poste stratégique, le Commodity Manager sera responsable de la définition des stratégies d’approvisionnement lors des réunions de projet. Cela inclut la coordination de la communication interne, la direction et le soutien du processus d’attribution lié aux services de transport. Le candidat exercera ses fonctions en collaboration avec des fournisseurs et devra surveiller proactivement le marché.

Profil Recherché
Les candidats doivent posséder :
– Un diplôme en *Transport et Logistique*, *Approvisionnement*, ou une formation commerciale avec des compétences techniques en construction.
– Une expérience pertinente dans le secteur maritime, notamment dans le *chômage de navires*.
– Plusieurs années d’expérience en gestion de projets ou en approvisionnement, de préférence dans le secteur de la construction ou des énergies renouvelables.
– Des compétences avérées en négociation et une forte capacité d’analyse et de présentation, tant en milieu physique qu’en ligne.
– Une maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft 365, notamment PowerPoint et Excel.

You communicate with suppliers, proactively monitor the market, and select suitable suppliers together with your team. - Lead, motivate, and develop a small but strong team of key matter experts in a global setting.
- Responsibility for the procurement activities of outbound transportation services from our factories and suppliers to project sites worldwide, as well as for our service activities. Through your tenders, or those managed within your team, you will be responsible for all sourcing aspects of transport and logistics services within your scope.
- Definition and implementation of procurement strategies for your areas of responsibility, conducting market and supplier analysis to ensure a long-term, cost-efficient, and timely supply of the required services at the right quality, supporting our future growth
- Conducting worldwide market analysis depending on the project country to contribute to the optimal procurement strategy and ensure cooperation with the best suppliers
- Implementation and ensuring the use of defined purchasing methods, processes, and systems in a digital procurement environment
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces like purchasing functions, legal department, project management, bid management, construction planning/construction project management department, regions, controlling, reporting
What You Bring
- A successful degree in Transport and Logistics, Procurement, and/or a commercial education with a technical construction background, MBA or similar, or relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience from the maritime segment, i.e. Chartering of vessels (majority of commodity spend).
- Several years of experience with project management or procurement of goods and services in the construction or renewable sector, or other related area.
- Management experience, preferably in an international setting
- Strong negotiation skills, goal orientation, and drive.
- Advanced knowledge of project fundamentals, project management, as well as contractual law and application
- Full fluency in English
- Skilled in presentation settings, both physical and online, including effective and efficient storytelling to potential internal and external partners as well as management
- High-level proficiency within the Microsoft 365 suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
