Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement (PNUD) recherche un stagiaire en Communication et Médias Sociaux pour intégrer son équipe à Copenhague. Ce stage représente une occasion unique pour les jeunes professionnels d’acquérir une précieuse expérience dans un environnement international engagé dans la lutte contre la pauvreté et les inégalités.

Le stagiaire bénéficiera d’un stipend, qui s’élève à 1000 USD par mois, pour couvrir ses frais de vie. Ce montant peut varier selon la provenance des soutiens financiers du stagiaire, y compris des institutions ou gouvernements nommant le candidat.

Mission et Responsabilités

Le stagiaire sera sous l’autorité directe du Responsable du TAPP (Talent Acquisition and People Programmes). La mission se décline principalement comme suit :

  • Gestion des Médias Sociaux (85% du temps) :
    • Gestion quotidienne des plateformes sociales du PNUD, incluant la publication et la réponse aux questions.
    • Collaboration à la stratégie de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux.
    • Collecte et analyse des données selon les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI).
  • Activités Ad Hoc (15% du temps) :
    • Recherche de meilleures pratiques pour divers projets.
    • Support à toute activité liée aux programmes TAPP.

Exigences et Compétences

Les candidats doivent répondre à l’une des conditions suivantes :

  • Être en dernière année de licence ou inscrit en master.
  • Avoir obtenu un master ou des études équivalentes dans les 12 derniers mois.
  • Un parcours dans les domaines de la communication, des médias numériques, du journalisme ou des sciences politiques est souhaité.

De plus, une bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office et des applications Adobe Creative Cloud est un atout. Le candidat doit également être fluide en anglais avec une bonne maîtrise du français ou espagnol.

Ce poste est à temps plein, avec une flexibilité permise pour les engagements éducatifs. Il est à noter que les stagiaires sont responsables de leur visa et de leur assurance santé. De plus, ils ne peuvent pas postuler à un poste au sein du PNUD pendant la durée de leur stage.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:BackgroundUNDP interns are provided a monthly stipend to cover costs associated to the internship. The stipend amount varies from duty station to duty station. The amount can also vary depending if a selected candidate receives financial support from a nominating institution, related institution or government. One of the key People for 2030 objectives is to enhance UNDP’s capacity to attract, assess and select people with the right skills, knowledge, and attitude. To achieve this, UNDP is developing strategies to attract and select the best talent, including offering a seamless candidate experience and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.Composed of 20 staff members and part of the UNDP Bureau for Management Services, the UNDP Talent Acquisition and People Programmes (TAPP), was established by UNDP’s Office for Human Resources in Copenhagen. The TAPP unit is responsible for: 1) HR service delivery to people programmes, including the JPO Programme as well as other young talent programmes, and 2) talent acquisition strategies for UNDP, including employer branding and outreach, assessment and selection frameworks, on-boarding, as well as recruitment compliance and monitoring.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESUnder the authority of the TAPP Manager and the supervision of the above-mentioned staff member, the Communication and Social Media Intern will assist in the following duties and responsibilities.Communication and Social Media (85% of the time)

  • Assist in the daily management of the UNDP Careers Social Media platforms, posting and answering queries and questions when needed (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram).
  • Collaborate in the planning of the content strategy for UNDP Careers social media outlets.
  • Collaborate in identifying testimonials from UNDP staff and creating the stories to be showcased in UNDP Careers social media outlets.
  • Assist collecting data and analyzing the impact of the content strategy from all social media outlets according to the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each network.
  • Support reporting to external partners on communications results.

Other (15% of the time)

  • Conduct research for various best practices depending on projects at hand.
  • Support to any ad hoc activities related to the TAPP activities.

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIESEducation: Candidates must meet one of the following educational requirements:

  • Currently in the final year of a bachelor’s degree; or
  • Currently enrolled in a master’s degree; or
  • Have graduated no longer than 1 year ago from a master’s degree or equivalent studies.
  • Field of study: Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Political Science, or related field.
  • Prior experience working in social media is an asset.

IT skills:

  • Working knowledge and proficient user of the Microsoft Office Programmes (Particularly Ms Excel and Ms Word)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (InDesign, Illustrator or Premiere Pro) will be an asset.

Language skills:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Good working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an asset.

Competencies:

  • Communication: Ability to summarize a large amount of information and translate it into a visually compelling product for a social media audience.
  • Interest and motivation in working in an international organization.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good in organizing and structuring various tasks and responsibilities.

TRAINING COMPONENTS AND LEARNING ELEMENTSAs a full member of the TAPP team, the intern will:

  • Participate in in-house training opportunities as applicable.
  • Learn the structure, mechanisms, policies and practice areas of UNDP.
  • Participate in dedicated trainings and UNDP online learning tools.
  • Strengthen his/her effective writing and visual communication skills.
  • Participate in working groups.

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

  • UNDP interns are provided a monthly stipend to cover costs associated to the internship. The stipend amount varies from duty station to duty station. The amount can also vary depending if a selected candidate receives financial support from a nominating institution, related institution or government. For Copenhagen, this stipend is an equivalent of $1000 per month (exact amount to be confirmed).
  • UNDP accepts no responsibility for costs arising from accidents and/or illness or death incurred during the internship.
  • Interns are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and arranging travel to and from the duty station where the internship will be performed.
  • Interns are not eligible to apply for, or be appointed to, any posts in UNDP during the period of the internship.
  • Interns must provide proof of enrolment in health insurance plan.
  • Interns are not staff members and may not represent UNDP in any official capacity.
  • Interns are expected to work full-time but flexibility is allowed for education programmes.
