Contexte et Importance du Rôle
Cuso International, une organisation dédiée à la coopération internationale et au développement, cherche une personne passionnée par la promotion des droits des femmes pour rejoindre la Mouvement Manuela Ramos (MMR). Cette organisation féministe, active depuis plus de 40 ans au Pérou, s’emploie à construire une société inclusive, démocratique et durable.
Ce rôle de volontaire est une opportunité unique de contribuer à des initiatives qui soutiennent l’égalité des droits et favorisent le bien-être social et économique des femmes au Pérou.
Responsabilités du Volontaire
En tant que Conseiller en Communications et Contenu, vous serez amené à :
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des actions de la zone communication conformément au plan opérationnel.
- Suivre les indicateurs du système de suivi, d’évaluation, de responsabilité et d’apprentissage (MEL).
- Créer des contenus et des matériaux pour les campagnes de l’institution selon les besoins.
- Assister dans la conception graphique et la production des publications.
- Participer à la réalisation de matériel audio-visuel pour divers programmes.
- Gérer et surveiller les comptes de médias sociaux de l’institution.
Exigences Essentielles
Pour être considéré pour ce poste, les candidats doivent :
- Posséder un diplôme en Communications, Marketing, Journalisme ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Avoir une expérience démontrée dans la mise en œuvre de campagnes de communication et la création de matériaux de communication.
- Démontrer une solide compréhension et un engagement envers l’égalité des genres.
- Avoir des compétences exceptionnelles en organisation d’activités et en travail d’équipe.
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes à la communication interpersonnelle avec des individus de divers milieux culturels.

In this volunteer role, you will have the opportunity to support the activities and initiatives undertaken by the Manuela Ramos Movement, and more importantly, contribute to advancing equality for all individuals.As a volunteer, you will work closely with the staff of the Manuela Ramos Movement (MMR), a feminist organization that has been actively advocating for women’s rights in Peru for over 40 years.
