Description du poste : Communications and Marketing TeamCOOKFOX Architects is seeking creative, curious, confident, and collaborative person to join our Communications and Marketing team. This person will work closely with our Director of Communications to support the studio’s business development, communications, and outreach efforts. Ideal candidates are creative, able to think strategically, with strong writing, graphic and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Candidates should be flexible, self-motivated, and skilled in communicating with a diverse group of clients, organizations, and press contacts, able to work independently and represent the studio when needed and be motivated by a passion for environmental stewardship and social equity and inclusion.Responsibilities:

• Writing, editing, and crafting of proposals, newsletters, project narratives, awards submissions, website content, and research writing.
• Coordinate the production of proposals and presentation materials, including updating and maintaining marketing materials.
• Track RFP/RFQs and other potential project opportunities and awards submissions.
• Organize and maintain marketing files and archives.
• Ensure high quality and consistent messaging throughout marketing materials.
• Manage and generate social media messaging and website content.
• Assist with coordination of photography, video and other portfolio and marketing content.
• Assist external publicity consultant.
• Assist senior leadership in coordinating speaking engagements and events.
• Manage internal communication of events, programs, and resources.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong interest and fluency in Architectural, Design and Sustainability concepts.
• Skilled in Adobe apps (particularly InDesign).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to both work collaboratively and independently.
• Must be detail oriented with strong editing and quality-management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

This role requires in-studio presence on Monday-Thursday with Friday as a flex day. Occasional attendance at evening NYC-based events and programs is required.Salary range is $70,000-$80,000 annually.
