As a Communications Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of storytelling at Konecranes – crafting compelling content that brings their industrial equipment and services to life. Focusing, i.a., on the writing and proofreading of content produced by various entities, you’ll play a key role in delivering content that resonates with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with, e.g., sales, marketing, product, and regional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. With a strong hands-on approach, you’ll help drive engagement and continuously improve communication efforts.You are offered

– Content creation & storytelling: Write and edit articles, reference cases, internal communications, and other written materials that align with company and BU IS/IE objectives.– Campaign development: Develop and create campaign materials, including images, graphics, and other visual assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.– Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, local marketing teams, regional partners, and external customers to gather content and ensure clear, consistent messaging across all platforms.– Channel management: Create website content (Discover), newsletters (internal and external), and Intranet articles to maximize engagement and reach.– Editorial oversight: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all communications, maintaining high editorial standards for both internal and external content.– Analytics & reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.We are looking for
– Background in journalism, Communications, or related field.
– Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
– Ability to manage multiple projects & deadline-oriented approach
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Office applications
