Description du Poste
Le poste de **Compliance Manager** est ouvert au sein de l’équipe expérimentée de Risk and Compliance de FNZ en Nouvelle-Zélande. Basé à Wellington, ce rôle exige une collaboration étroite avec divers acteurs de l’organisation pour affiner le cadre de gestion des risques et de conformité de la société. Les candidats doivent posséder une expertise dans la navigation des complexités au sein d’une organisation multinationales, ainsi qu’une connaissance approfondie des régulations néo-zélandaises.
Principales Responsabilités
- Mettre en œuvre et perfectionner les processus de gestion des risques et de conformité.
- Représenter la fonction de Risk and Compliance dans les comités de gouvernance pertinents.
- Protéger la réputation de FNZ auprès des clients et des régulateurs en Nouvelle-Zélande.
- Assurer la surveillance des initiatives de changement significatives, en identifiant et atténuant les risques tout au long du cycle de projet.
- Répondre aux incidents de risque et aux violations en menant des enquêtes approfondies et en mettant en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Promouvoir une culture de qualité et d’amélioration continue.
- Former le personnel sur les normes de gestion des risques et de conformité.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats à ce poste doivent répondre à plusieurs critères essentiels :
- Expérience : 5 à 8 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des services financiers.
- Formation : Diplôme universitaire en droit, commerce ou sciences d’une université reconnue. Des qualifications professionnelles en gestion des risques et conformité sont également souhaitées.
- Compréhension : Solide connaissance des obligations réglementaires et des meilleures pratiques de gestion des risques au sein de l’industrie.
- Compétences : Capacité à communiquer efficacement des concepts complexes et à établir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes.
- Attitude : Proactivité dans la gestion des risques et ses problèmes, avec une flexibilité pour s’adapter aux changements.

📝 Description du poste : As a Risk and Compliance Manager for FNZ New Zealand, you will be joining an established team of Risk and Compliance specialists who enables the business to safely achieve its strategic objectives while supporting growth and delivery of our services across our client base. Based in Wellington and reporting into our Head of Risk and Compliance, you will work in close partnership with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to best shape FNZ’s risk and compliance framework.We are searching for a team member with experience in navigating complexities within a multinational organisation. To achieve success in this role, you need a solid understanding of NZ regulations coupled with meaningful risk experience, and a proven track record of success supporting management to understand key risks and navigate regulatory changes and internal transformations. A big part of this role is providing oversight and constructive challenge on all risk and compliance matters.The responsibilities for this role include:Implement and refine risk and compliance processes.Where required, act as the representative of the Risk and Compliance function at relevant governance committees.Assist in safeguarding and enhancing FNZ’s reputation with clients and regulatory bodies across New Zealand.Provide risk and compliance oversight for significant change initiatives, ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.Assist with the response to risk incidents and breaches, conducting thorough investigations, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Encouraging and driving quality and continuous improvement of processes.Provide ongoing training to staff on risk and compliance standards, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.What are we looking for in a successful candidate:Between 5 – 8 years’ experience in a comparable risk and compliance role, preferably within a platform or financial services environment.University degree in law, commerce, science or equivalent from a reputable university.
