Description du poste

Le rôle d’Ingénieur Validation des Systèmes Informatisés chez Jabil inclut un ensemble de responsabilités clés axées sur la conformité et l’efficacité des processus de validation des logiciels. Les principales missions comprennent :

• Administrer le Plan Maître de Validation pour les Validations et Revalidations.
• Assurer la conformité aux exigences ISO 13485, QSR Part 820 et autres normes pertinentes.
• Maintenir le Plan Maître de Validation des logiciels et les modèles de protocoles.
• Réviser annuellement le Plan Maître de Validation des logiciels.
• Suivre le programme d’analyse de risque pour les validations des logiciels.
• Former le personnel sur les exigences de validation dans un environnement régulé.
• Diriger les actions correctives liées à la validation des logiciels.
• Assister à la création de scripts de tests et à la documentation des validations.
• Supporter les audits internes et externes.
• Participer aux programmes de sécurité et de qualité de l’entreprise.

Exigences du poste

Après avoir examiné la fonction proposée, plusieurs critères de qualification sont requis pour ce poste :

• Diplôme en ingénierie industrielle ou technologies de l’information (préféré).
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un domaine similaire.
• Connaissance des machines CNC et des spécificités de validation.
• Bilinguisme en anglais et espagnol ; la maîtrise de l’allemand est un atout.
• Compétences informatiques, notamment en Microsoft Office.

Une connaissance approfondie des principes de validation des logiciels est indispensable, ainsi qu’une capacité à rédiger et approuver les validations et qualifications des logiciels selon les exigences de Jabil et des clients.

• Administrate the Validation Master Plan for Validations and Revalidations.
• Assure that the requirements from ISO 13485, QSR Part 820 and 11 related with control of Softwares and Validation Master Plan for Software are properly followed.
• Maintain the Plant Validation Master Plan for Software’s and the templates for protocol reports in the System.
• Perform the annual review to the Plant Validation Master Plan for Softwares.
• Follow the Risk Analysis program for Software Validations.
• Perform training in Validation requirements under a regulated environment following CFR Part 820, 11, ISO 13485 and GAMP 5.
• Leader for CAPA’s related to the Software Validation.
• Perform and give support in the test scripts creation.
• Assists in the process for ensuring that corrective actions (CAPA) are completed in accordance with relevant ISO requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485), Jabil Advance Problem Solving methods, and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
• May provide direction and mentoring to less experienced Software Validations Engineers.
• Demonstrated competence in Software Validation Quality Engineering body of knowledge.
• Writes, reviews, approves process validations/qualifications related to Software Validations in accordance with Jabil and customer requirements.
• Give support in the Audits from 1st, 2nd, 3rd parties.
• Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Provide support to all Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) programs and initiatives in order to support our zero-accident culture.

• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
• BS degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineer or Technologies Information career preferred.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• German (preferred)
