Description du Poste
Le Construction Manager jouera un rôle clé sur les chantiers de construction, en pilotant les projets complexes et en garantissant la conformité des installations électriques.
Tâches et Responsabilités
- Gestion de projets : Superviser la construction de projets Data Center en mettant l’accent sur l’ingénierie électrique.
- Conformité : S’assurer de l’installation conforme des systèmes électriques, y compris les systèmes de moyenne et basse tension.
- Coordination : Superviser les sous-traitants et maintenir une vue d’ensemble des activités sur le site.
- Documentation : Vérifier et approuver des documents techniques tels que des plans de câbles et des diagrammes de circuits.
- Suivi des progrès : Documenter l’avancement des travaux et rendre compte à la direction de site.
- Santé, sécurité et environnement : Assurer la conformité aux réglementations EHS.
- Inspections : Participer aux inspections de site, ainsi qu’aux réunions d’acceptation et de coordination.
- Suivi des défauts : Enregistrer et suivre les malfaçons.
- Mesures : Prendre des mesures et vérifier la documentation soumise par les sous-traitants.
Compétences Requises
- Formation : Diplôme en ingénierie de construction.
- Expérience : Expérience professionnelle en supervision de construction ou dans l’exécution de projets d’ingénierie électrique.
- Systèmes électriques : Connaissance des systèmes typiques associés aux Data Centers.
- Législation : Connaissance des lois de construction, réglementations locales et normes en vigueur.
- Compétences interculturelles : Sens de l’équipe, autonomie et solides compétences en communication.
- Langues : Bonnes compétences écrites et parlées en italien et en anglais.

As a Construction Manager (m/f/d), you are on the construction sites overseeing our subcontractors as well as managing the execution of complex Data Center projects.Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Construction management of Data Center projects with a focus on electrical engineering
- Ensuring standard-compliant installation and integration of electrical systems, including medium and low-voltage systems, power distribution and control technology
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors as well as an overall view of what is happening on site at the construction site
- Checking and approving technical documents such as cable plans, circuit diagrams and test reports
- Documenting construction progress and reporting to site management
- Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
- Participation in site inspections, acceptance and coordination meetings
- Recording and tracking defects
- Taking measurements and checking the documents submitted by subcontractors
Show your expertises
- Construction engineering backround
- Professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects
- Knowledge of the typical Electrical systems associated with Data Centres
- Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards
- Strong intercultural skills, team spirit and an independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken Italian and English language skills
