Description du Poste
En tant que Construction Manager, vous serez responsable de la planification, du chiffrage et de la livraison des travaux de capital sur l’autoroute Transmission Gully. Vos missions principales incluront :
- Gestion de projet : S’assurer que tous les projets sont exécutés en toute sécurité, dans les délais impartis et selon des normes de qualité élevées.
- Collaboration avec les parties prenantes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec NZTA et des sous-traitants pour garantir que les besoins des clients demeurent au centre de toutes les activités.
- Conduite et conformité : Encadrer le personnel et les sous-traitants, s’assurer de la conformité des systèmes et promouvoir l’engagement de l’équipe.
- Gestion de la sécurité et des risques : Cultiver une forte culture de la sécurité tout en respectant les normes de santé, de sécurité, d’environnement et de qualité.
- Amélioration continue : Identifier des opportunités d’optimisation et contribuer à l’excellence opérationnelle à travers l’innovation.
Profil Recherché
Nous recherchons un leader de projet orienté résultats, passionné par la livraison d’infrastructures à fort impact. Vous devez posséder :
- Une solide expérience dans la réussite de programmes de travaux de capital, idéalement dans le secteur des infrastructures de transport.
- Une capacité à communiquer de manière claire et confiante à tous les niveaux de la hiérarchie.
- Une formation en ingénierie (BE ou NZCE) ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension des normes et pratiques de l’industrie.
Qualifications et Compétences
- Connaissance approfondie des équipements de construction et de maintenance.
- Licence de conduire NZ classe 1.
- Compétences informatiques solides, y compris la maîtrise de la suite MS Office et de SharePoint.
- Certification STMS inspecteur (ou en voie de l’obtenir) est souhaitée.

- Project Delivery: Scope, plan, and execute capital works projects, manage variations, and ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with NZTA and subcontractors, maintaining strong communication and ensuring customer needs are central to all activities.
- Leadership & Compliance: Lead staff and subcontractor inductions, ensure system compliance (VenSafe, VisRes, LMS), and support team engagement and performance.
- Safety & Risk Management: Promote a strong safety culture, manage worksite risks, and comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence through innovation and feedback.
ABOUT YOUYou’re a results-driven project leader with a passion for delivering high-impact infrastructure.
