Since our opening in Ukraine in 2005, we have gained experience in various projects throughout Ukraine and a solid knowledge of local cost, work scopes planning and development procedures.Gleeds Ukraine LLC is looking for a Construction Supervision Engineer with the following requirements:
- Higher education (Industrial and Civil Construction);
- Valid qualification certificate of a construction supervision engineer (CC2/CC3);
- Experience of work in different sectors including offices, residential and industrial;
- Knowledge of English is advantageous and preferable;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Non-conflict character.
Responsibilities:
- Checking existing design documentation;
- Conducting regular site inspections in accordance with building code requirements and rules;
- Supervision and verification of work performance in accordance with the requirements specified in the project;
- Supervision of the quality of work performed;
- Control over the elimination of all identified defects, control over the performance of geodetic works, verification and evaluation of completed construction works together with employees of the construction company;
- Control over safety at the facility;
- Participation in preparation for the commissioning of the facility;
- Formation of reports, issuance of opinions and recommendations;
- Not all work will be construction supervision engineer related, we will expect the suitable candidate to assist with undertaking PM related work as required.
