Titre du poste : Consultant
Localisation : Shanghai, Chine (hybride avec présence au bureau requise au moins trois jours par semaine)
Ce poste est intégré au Career Products team de Mercer, où le consultant jouera un rôle clé dans la réalisation des enquêtes sur la rémunération dans divers secteurs et villes. La création et le maintien de relations solides avec les clients sont fondamentales, tout comme l’analyse des données collectées et la fourniture de conseils sur les défis en matière de compensation et d’avantages.
Tâches et Responsabilités
Les responsabilités principales incluent :
- Gestion de projets d’enquête : Livraison des projets dans les délais impartis en effectuant des job matching et en collectant des données auprès des clients.
- Analyse et Reporting : Génération de rapports et interprétation des résultats d’enquête pour fournir des conseils pertinents basés sur des données industrielles et géographiques.
- Consultation et Formation : Soutien aux projets de consultation en offrant une analyse approfondie et en dirigeant potentiellement des projets de plus petite envergure.
- Relations Clients : Établissement et maintien de relations avec les responsables RH/C&B des clients afin d’atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
Profil Recherché
Qualifications Requises :
- Diplôme en finance, économie, statistiques, mathématiques, ressources humaines ou comptabilité.
- Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou plus de 2 ans d’expérience en consultation.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, esprit d’équipe fort, compétences interpersonnelles développées et volonté d’apprendre.
- Compétences en informatique (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et capacité à voyager si nécessaire.

📝 Description du poste : Company: MercerDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Products team at Mercer Career Business. This role will be based in Shanghai, China. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This role will be acting as team member to join project team of the total remuneration surveys for certain industries or cities. Building strong client relationships and selling survey reports to clients are essential to the role. The incumbent will also support compensation or benefits related consulting projects.We will count on you to:· Delivery survey projects on schedule by:– Conducting job matching– Collecting and verifying data from clients– Generating reports for clients– Conducting client presentations and simple training sessions– Other customer support as required· Establish connections with the clients’ HR/C&B managers. Build and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned client portfolio (locations/ industries) to achieve business targets.· Interpret survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients. Provide industry/location specific insights and advice to address clients’ business needs as appropriate.· As a project team member, participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support.
