Arup recherche un Consultant Senior/Manager Économiste pour son équipe de conseil aux investisseurs en Nouvelle-Zélande, basé à Auckland. Ce rôle à fort impact participe à l’accompagnement économique de projets d’infrastructure majeurs dans divers secteurs.
L’Opportunité
- Leadership : Piloter et gérer des engagements en conseil économique tout en garantissant une livraison de haute qualité et la satisfaction des clients.
- Conseil Technique : Fournir des conseils techniques de manière opportune et efficace, en bâtissant la confiance avec les clients.
- Propositions et Offres : Développer du contenu pour des propositions gagnantes tout en soutenant les activités de développement commercial.
- Réunions : Participer activement aux réunions internes et externes, en représentant les intérêts de l’entreprise.
- Modélisation Économique : Avoir la responsabilité principale de la construction et de la gestion de modèles économiques pour des projets d’infrastructure variés.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats idéaux devront posséder :
- Qualifications : Diplôme reconnu en économie, finance ou commerce.
- Expertise : Compétences en modélisation économique et analyse financière.
- Expérience : Antécédents dans la préparation de documents stratégiques pour le gouvernement.
- Connaissances : Familiarité avec les secteurs de l’infrastructure et de l’immobilier.
- Compétences en Communication : Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.

📝 Description du poste : Joining ArupArup’s purpose, shared values and collaborative approach has set us apart for over 75 years, guiding how we shape a better world.Arup is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant/Manager, Economist for its Investor Advisory team in New Zealand, based in the Auckland office supporting the ANZ region. This high-impact role involves supporting economics advisory across major infrastructure projects in all sectors, focusing on client engagement, project delivery, and technical guidance.The Opportunity
- Lead and manage economic advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide timely and quality technical advice to clients, addressing their requirements effectively and leveraging extensive experience. Build and maintain trust with clients through consistent, reliable support and strategic insights.
- Develop and compile content for successful proposals and tender documents. Support the wider team in business development activities and contribute to winning new work.
- Actively participate in internal and external meetings, providing valuable input and representing the firm’s interests. Lead the preparation of business cases or economics advisory mandates, support significant multi-disciplinary projects, manage discrete deliverables, and cultivate peer-level client relationships.
- Take primary responsibility for building and running economic models for major infrastructure projects across various sectors, including transport, water, energy, waste, maritime, and precincts. Undertake economic analysis to determine project’s EIRR or BCR and support urban planning specialists with macroeconomic analysis

- Recognized tertiary qualifications in economics, finance, commerce, or a similar area.
- Expertise in economic or financial modelling and analysis.
- Experience in preparing government strategic and final business case documents across multiple sectors.
- Familiarity with the infrastructure and real estate sectors and their socio-economic drivers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
