Description de l’offre
Cette offre s’adresse à des psychiatres motivés et passionnés par leur vocation. Vous contribuerez de manière significative à la santé mentale de votre communauté, en intégrant des pratiques basées sur les besoins spécifiques des usagers. L’unité Tiaho Mai est la plus récente d’Aotearoa et a été conçue en collaboration avec les bénéficiaires pour offrir des soins adaptés aux défis contemporains.

En tant que Consultant Psychiatrist, vous dirigerez une équipe médicale et incarnerez un modèle d’excellence en matière de soins. Ce poste requiert un engagement authentique envers les usagers et la volonté de naviguer dans des situations complexes avec tact et professionnalisme. Vos compétences en communication, votre capacité à promouvoir le travail d’équipe et votre vision pour un système de santé équitable seront essentiels pour réussir. Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un candidat ayant une inscription vocationale auprès du Medical Council of NZ dans le domaine de la psychiatrie, accompagné d’une pratique actuelle (APC). La maîtrise des différences culturelles et sociales au sein de la collectivité de Counties Manukau est essentielle, tout comme l’adhésion aux principes de Te Tiriti o Waitangi. L’expérience et la capacité à adopter un modèle de soins inclusif et basé sur les preuves seront un atout majeur.
