Responsabilités Clés
Le Consulting Director, spécifiquement dédié au secteur de la défense, sera chargé de :
- Foresight Technologique : Fournir une vision stratégique et une intelligence de marché aux dirigeants au sein des organisations militaires et de défense.
- Planification Stratégique : Développer des feuilles de route et des modèles opérationnels en collaboration avec les directeurs généraux, directeurs des données, directeurs financiers, directeurs informatiques et autres dirigeants IT.
- Optimisation des Coûts : Faciliter la prise de décisions axées sur les données, l’innovation et le coût des technologies informatiques.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats idéaux possèdent une expérience significative dans le domaine de la défense, ainsi qu’une compréhension approfondie des principes et des cadres stratégiques. Ils devraient également avoir :
- Une expérience de transformation technologique, idéalement au sein des forces armées norvégiennes ou d’organisations militaires.
- Une connaissance des secteurs public et de la défense.
- Une expertise dans des domaines tels que les services de conseil CIO, l’assurance de programme, la transformation technologique, et l’optimisation des contrats.
- Une expérience avérée dans la conduite d’engagements stratégiques IT.
