Description du poste : What you´ll do
- Ensure timely and accurate management of the marketing system to support innovation launches for seamless workflows and compliance
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and manage schedules effectively
- Process POs (Purchase Orders) and GRs (Goods Receipts) efficiently to ensure accurate expense tracking and budget reconciliation
- Monitor and track marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and timely reporting; Handle invoice processing and vendor payments while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Compile market and campaign data to generate detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for performance tracking and strategic planning
- Support the execution of events, product launches, and promotional campaigns by coordinating logistics and managing related documentation
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of three (3) years proven experience in marketing, administrative role, or project management is required
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
- Good communication skills in English is required and Korean is a must
- Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required; Experience in marketing tools or systems (e.g., AW system) is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
