Le rôle consiste à jouer un rôle clé dans la formulation de stratégies commerciales centrées sur les consommateurs et les acheteurs, contribuant ainsi à l’avenir dynamique de Diageo pour la région des Caraïbes et d’Amérique Centrale (CCA).

Analyse du Marché

Le marché de la CCA est extrêmement dynamique, s’étendant sur 37 pays avec un modèle de distribution basé sur des RTC (Regional Sales Team). Le siège de la CCA, situé à Panama, abrite également le Centre d’Innovation Technologique de l’Amérique Latine. Cette unité commerciale génère environ 300 millions de dollars de ventes nettes, avec une part de marché dans la catégorie Scotch variant de 45% à 75%, plaçant Diageo en tête du secteur.

Ressources et Objectifs

Le rôle de stratège en planification des consommateurs est de devenir un *agent de croissance audacieux*, intégrant des idées fondées sur l’analyse des données et des tendances du marché afin d’exploiter les potentiels de célébrations sociales. Les responsabilités comprennent :

  • Gestion de l’agenda de planification, en collaboration avec les équipes marketing.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Pour réussir dans ce poste, les candidats doivent posséder :

  • Plus de 6 ans d’expérience en planification stratégique et/ou en recherche de marché dans le secteur des biens de consommation courante (FMCG).
  • Compétences en communication et en narration, avec un fort pouvoir d’influence.
  • Expertise en recherche qualitative et quantitative.
  • Capacités analytiques dérivant des ensembles de données complexes en recommandations concrètes.
  • Esprit de collaboration et sens commercial aiguisé.

This role reports to the Head of Consumer & Connections Planning in CCA.Caribbean and Central America market (CCA) is a very dynamic market with a large geographical footprint (37 countries) that operates under a distributor based RTC model. CCA office hub is in Panama, where we also host the Latin America Innovation Technology Center. CCA is a Diageo business unit that generates approximately $300m in net sales value, where Scotch category accounts for 70% of sales, predominantly playing in the Premium and Super Premium segments.
