Responsabilités Principales
Au sein de l’équipe de création de contenu, vous aurez l’opportunité :
- De rédiger un contenu clair et concis pour différents supports, y compris des articles de blog et des posts sur les réseaux sociaux.
- De créer des matériaux d’apprentissage, tels que des tutoriels et des vidéos explicatives.
- De collaborer avec des experts en la matière pour recueillir des informations pertinentes.
- D’interagir avec des utilisateurs afin de formaliser des notes de mise à jour concernant les évolutions du logiciel.
L’apprentissage continu est encouragé, et vous pourriez avoir l’opportunité de diriger vos propres initiatives de développement de contenu.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent :
- Être disponibles à temps plein pour au moins trois mois.
- Être actuellement en formation, idéalement vers un diplôme en arts, sciences humaines ou communication, ou un niveau 5 en design pédagogique.
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Avoir de l’expérience dans la rédaction de blogs ou la production de vidéos (un atout).
Qualités recherchées incluent :
- Bonne gestion du temps et des compétences organisationnelles.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en respectant les délais.
- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et souhait de contribuer à une ambiance de travail dynamique.

Trimble Access has become the cornerstone and interface for Trimble’s delivery of cutting edge survey solutions to an international marketplace, and more recently, increasingly adjacent vertical market applications that incorporate new users of varying geospatial expertise.What you will doIn this role, you will be fully immersed in the field software content creation team, and will progress over the 3 month time period from familiarizing yourself with the content creation process, to participating in creating and producing different content types. Ultimately you may lead your own content development initiatives.Activities can include:Writing clear, concise content for use across a variety of formats such as user help, learning materials, blog articles and social media posts.Writing step by step instructions to simplify complex tasks for users.Developing effective learning materials, including short videos, tutorials, and multimedia presentations.Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.Describing software changes to existing customers in release notes.Updating templates and internal procedures to contribute to our library of shared resources.What skills and experience you should bringA successful internship will conclude with professional relationships within the Trimble Access content creation and product management teams, technical writing skills, and experience in a range of technologies to produce content such as video editing tools, software simulation software, and HTML and CSS.Candidates should possess:Full-time availability for at least 3 monthsBe studying toward one of the following:a Bachelor’s degree in any field including the arts/cultural studies, social sciences, or communication.a level 5 or higher qualification in instructional design or similarExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with writing blogs or producing videos would be a bonus.Good personal time management and organizational skills.An ability to complete deadline-driven tasks.An ability to grasp the big picture without losing sight of the detailInterest and enthusiasm for creating content as well as new technologies and solutions.A desire to work in a dynamic position to learn, ask questions, and grow professionally.About your locationThe Trimble Access/Field Systems team is based in our Birmingham Drive, Christchurch office. Because most of the team is usually in the office you will usually be expected to work in the office 5 days per week. Because there are 450 people based in the Christchurch office, there are plenty of opportunities to make new connections and to learn from each other in a fun and inclusive environment.About Our TeamThis position will report directly to the Technical Writer for the Field Software team, focused predominantly on the Trimble Access surveying software. The team members you will work with are mostly located in Christchurch, New Zealand.
