Résumé des Responsabilités
Les principales tâches incluent la gestion de sous-contrats ainsi que leur formation. En tant que spécialiste, vous serez amené(e) à :

Gestion des Sous-Contrats :
- Mettre en œuvre le calendrier des tâches liées à la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- Suivre l’évolution des sous-contrats pour anticiper d’éventuels problèmes financiers ou techniques.
- Réaliser des rapports périodiques sur l’état des sous-contrats à destination de la direction.
- Formation des Sous-Contrats :
- Diriger les négociations concernant les engagements contractuels.
- Préparer et distribuer des paquets de demandes d’offres aux soumissionnaires préqualifiés.
- Évaluer commercialement les offres reçues et préparer des résumés de propositions.
Exigences Éducatives et Expériences
- Niveau d’Éducation : Diplôme de Bachelor (ou équivalent international).
- Expérience : 5 à 8 ans dans des fonctions similaires ou 9 à 12 ans d’expérience pertinente dans la gestion de sous-contrats, y compris la gestion de changements.
Compétences Requises
Les candidats doivent démontrer :
- Une expérience en formation de contrats de construction, ainsi qu’en gestion de sous-contrats, avec un accent sur les modifications contractuelles.
- De solides compétences en communication interdisciplinaire.
- Une capacité à négocier efficacement les termes contractuels.

Subcontract formation includes leading preparation and review of bid request packages and developing project contracts operating procedures. Subcontract administration includes continual progress review, forecasting, and communication of difficulties. Your work will ensure subcontract compliance with project requirements. #LI-AR2Major Responsibilities:Subcontract Management
- Implements the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule which records the Project’s agreed assignment of various subcontract management tasks and the Standard Work Process Procedures applicable to Subcontract Management
- Manages assigned subcontracts maintaining a continual review of progress and providing management with information regarding projected financial or technical difficulties
- Coordinates with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, subcontract performance, and other major matters
- Manages less complex contract changes by negotiating with customer personnel and obtaining settlement
- Communicates information programs to ensure mutual understanding of subcontract terms and conditions
- Prepares periodic status reports for management
Subcontract Formation
- Conforms and ensures subcontract execution
- Directs negotiation in the commitment of subcontracts
- Prepares bidders’ lists and pre-qualifies bidders
- Forms bid request packages and issues bid request packages to approved bidders
- Coordinates bidders’ questions and answers to those questions
- Receives bids and evaluates bids commercially
- Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations
- Recommends and secures approvals in accordance with established procedures
- Prepares subcontract documents for execution
- Prepares and organizes assigned meetings, such as pre-bid, bid clarification and pre-award meetings, for the purpose of ensuring complete understanding and agreement between Bechtel, the customer and contractor on all contractual matters
- After reviewing plan and agenda with supervisor, conducts meeting and prepares and issues meeting notes delineating important statements, required actions and schedules
Education and Experience Requirements:Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experienceRequired Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in formation activities including prequalification, tender and award of small to medium sized contracts, construction contracts and services contracts.
- Experience in subcontract management including change management activities
- Demonstrated skills in working and communicating effectively with other project functional groups.
- Experience in negotiating terms and conditions.
