Description du Poste

Le rôle d’Analyste Financier Senior fait partie d’une équipe performante axée sur la transformation financière et l’ambition d’atteindre une organisation financière de classe mondiale. Le candidat retenu fournira un soutien en matière de contrôle aux unités commerciales locales, y compris la préparation des budgets et des prévisions.

Responsabilités Principales

  • Contrôle Opérationnel : Responsable des activités de contrôle opérationnel concernant les ventes, le coût industriel et les dépenses.
  • Partenariat Financier : Collaborer étroitement avec les Partenaires Financiers pour assurer un soutien harmonieux aux Leaders commerciaux.
  • Fermetures Mensuelles : Garantir la fermeture mensuelle précise et partager les résultats avec les partenaires financiers et les responsables de budget.
  • Analyse de Variance : Préparer des commentaires mensuels expliquants les écarts entre les résultats réels et les prévisions.
  • Prévisions Opex : Développer des prévisions de dépenses opérationnelles en collaboration avec les partenaires financiers.
  • Conformité : Assurer la conformité avec les contrôles internes et les exigences SOX.

Profil Recherché

Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience diversifiée en contrôle financier.

Compétences Douces

  • Capacité à établir des partenariats à différents niveaux.
  • Aptitude à influencer les décisions commerciales.
  • Attention aux détails et capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet au sein d’un environnement complexe.

Compétences Techniques

  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, macros).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Expérience dans des environnements technologiques évolutifs.

Profil Éducatif

Diplôme : Licence en Comptabilité ou Finance requise. Une MBA ou CPA est un atout.

📝 Description du poste : Location: Budapest, HungaryJob Type: Permanent, Full time, HybridAbout the jobThe role is part of a high performing team centered on Finance transformation and becoming a best-in-class Finance organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide controlling support to their local Business Units, including preparation of budgets and forecasts (Budget / F1 / F2 / Quarterly Landings / Rolling Forecast), monthly closings (sales & expense reviews, scorecards), project approval and tracking, and other financial planning & analysis activities on a timely basis. As part of the Finance Operations and Transformation team, there will be many opportunities to improve processes and improve collaboration with your Finance partners and business partners to grow and demonstrate your analytical and interpersonal abilities. This person will help to identify and implement new ways of working as we transform the way Sanofi Controls Sales, Industrial Costing, Opex & CAPEX.Main responsibilities:Position may be responsible for operational controlling activities for sales/gross to net and/or Industrial costing and or operating/capital expensesPartner closely with Finance Business Partners across GBUs, to provide cohesive and seamless support to Business LeadersEnsure accurate and timely monthly closing and share monthly results with Finance Business Partners as well as Budget OwnersPrepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and/or budget and forecastsEnsure business owners are executing the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business ownersDevelop Opex and headcount forecasts for designated areas, in partnership with FBPs and Budget OwnersOversee and ensure opening and closing of projects as well as the timely capitalization beside compliance with Sanofi methods and procedure regarding Asset ManagementEnsure Standard Cost are calculated, POV analyses are followed, and manufacturing performance monitoredIdentify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of these forecastsTrack headcount on a monthly basis and compare to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates, including trend analysis for key drivers of changeTrack all assumptions built into budget and forecastsApprove project spend and ensuring projects are budgeted properly, challenging where necessaryContinuously challenge legacy ways of working, status quo; identify gaps, and recommend new ways of workingIncrease Financial and business acumenEnsure compliance with pertinent SOX controlsEnsure compliance with all internal control requirementsPromote efficiencies and improved ways of working across designated region and ensure best practice sharingEducate client groups on all aspects of financial policies and processes to ensure complianceSupport all key Finance initiativesAd hoc projects and analyses as requiredAbout youExperience:3+ years of diversified financial controlling experienceSoft skills:Demonstrated results building partnerships with multi-levels across businesses required.Must have the ability to influence and shape business decisions.Must have high attention to detail, quality and proven ability to operate effectively under pressure and strict deadlinesAbility to lead through influence including demonstrated facilitator skillsStrong organization skills: ability to track and manage a high volume of projects at a detailed levelAbility to develop a rapport and credibility with key stakeholdersAbility to work effectively across international work streamsDemonstrated organization savvy and self- awarenessAdaptable and able to work in complex matrix environmentChange agent who can propose, lead, and drive changesTechnical skills:Advanced excel skills.
