Elisa Oyj, dont le siège est situé à Ratavartijankatu 5, est à la recherche d’un Architecte en IA Conversationnelle pour rejoindre son équipe Data & AI. Ce département est responsable du développement de systèmes d’analyse et d’IA à grande échelle, visant à répondre aux divers besoins de l’entreprise. Elisa valorise les informations issues des données, avec un objectif constant d’amélioration de l’expérience client au quotidien.

Aperçu des responsabilités

En tant qu’Architecte en IA, vous serez à l’interface entre l’architecture logicielle, l’ingénierie des données et la science des données. Vous aurez une maîtrise des principes de conception logicielle, vous permettant de créer des architectures intégrant des algorithmes au sein de systèmes existants ou complètement nouveaux. La capacité d’anticiper les défis architecturaux et de naviguer dans des environnements complexes est essentielle.

Vos projets principaux comprendront la conception et l’implémentation de prototypes d’IA conversationnelle et de cas d’utilisation au sein d’Elisa. Ce rôle nécessite des compétences fortes en communication avec les parties prenantes ainsi qu’une expérience pratique avec la programmation, les pipelines de données et les environnements cloud.

Localisation et conditions de travail

Votre future équipe se déploie à travers la Finlande, avec la base à Helsinki, Pasila. Ce poste peut être exercé dans n’importe quel bureau d’Elisa en Finlande, avec des déplacements occasionnels au siège. L’équipe respecte les politiques de travail hybride mises en place par Elisa.

Qualifications requises

Exigences académiques et compétences :

Diplôme en informatique, science des données, ingénierie ou domaine connexe
Connaissance approfondie des principes d’apprentissage automatique, d’apprentissage profond et d’ingénierie des données
Expertise en IA générative, modèles de langage de grande taille (LLMs) et traitement du langage naturel (NLP)
Maîtrise de l’ingénierie des prompts et des métriques d’évaluation des modèles
Expérience pratique avec des plateformes cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) et des solutions de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solides compétences en SQL et compréhension des entrepôts de données
Expérience antérieure dans le développement de chatbots d’IA générative
Familiarité avec les pratiques MLOps et DevOps, y compris les pipelines CI/CD
Capacité prouvée à concevoir et diriger des architectures logicielles
Fluente en architecture des systèmes applicables à l’IA, incluant la gouvernance et les considérations éthiques
Certificats pertinents (ex. Google Professional Cloud Architect)
Esprit autonome, transparent et agile, capable d’inspirer par l’exemple
Compétences interpersonnelles solides et maîtrise de l’anglais

You have a strong understanding of software design principles and can design overarching architectures where algorithms integrate seamlessly into existing legacy systems or entirely new systems. You bring a broad understanding of various systems, development patterns, and the ability to align software architecture with business strategy.You understand that you’re no longer just building software, but systems of software. You anticipate architectural challenges and embrace the complexity and uncertainty that come with defining success in such environments.Your main projects would be designing and implementing various conversational AI prototypes and use cases at Elisa. This requires skills in networking and communication with key stakeholders, and solid technical hands-on experience with programming, data pipelines and cloud environments.In this job, you can use your skills in a creative and versatile way right at the heart of our company. You will get a chance to make your own choices and align development work with your vision.Location: Your future team members are working around Finland, team´s home base is at Helsinki, Pasila. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering principles
Expertise in Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP)
Proficiency in prompt engineering, model evaluation metrics, and human-AI collaboration
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g. Docker, Cloud Run, Kubernetes)
Strong SQL skills and basic understanding of data warehousing and lakehouses (e.g. BigQuery)
Previous professional experience developing Gen AI Chatbots and related guardrails
Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for machine learning (e.g. Kubeflow Pipelines)
Proven ability to design and lead software architectures
Fluency in system architecture for AI applications including governance, reliability, and ethical considerations
Relevant certificates (e.g. Google Professional Cloud Architect)
A self-driven transparent and agile mindset and the ability to inspire others through your own actions and attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and fluent proficiency in English
