Responsabilités
Le serveur au Charles H. aura pour mission de :
- Fournir des descriptions captivantes des articles de la carte des boissons, en partageant des détails sur leur origine, leur goût et leur préparation.
- Prendre et communiquer les commandes des clients en utilisant le système de point de vente de l’hôtel, tout en s’assurant que les demandes spéciales sont respectées.
- Servir et prendre des commandes directement au bar, en maintenant un haut niveau de service à la clientèle.
- Anticiper les besoins des clients et répondre rapidement à leurs demandes.
- Gestion des paiements et des factures avec précision.
- Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation des postes de travail.
- Travailler en collaboration harmonieuse avec les collègues et les superviseurs.
Qualifications et Compétences
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Un diplôme en hôtellerie ou une expérience équivalente.
- Une solide connaissance des boissons, y compris la bière, le vin et les spiritueux.
- Des compétences informatiques pour utiliser les systèmes de commande.
- Une maîtrise écrite et orale de l’anglais et du coréen.
Exigences de Visa
- Possession d’une autorisation de travail valide en Corée du Sud.

Four Seasons Hotel SeoulThe Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a server who shares a passion for excellence, provides hotel guests with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. This position reports to the Bar Manager.Responsibilities
- Describes the selection of beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods and maintains food & menu knowledge for items offered in the lounge.
- Communicates guest orders including any special needs or requests to the bartender using the hotel’s point-of-sales system and checks completed orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner.
- Confirms guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
- Serves and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
- Anticipates guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables and drink stations.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Qualifications and Skills
- College degree preferably specializing in hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- Strong food & beverage knowledge regarding beer, wine and liquor is required.
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Korean language.
Visa Requirements
- Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
