Le rôle de Field Clinical Engineer au sein d’Abbott se concentre principalement sur le soutien technique et clinique dans le domaine de l’échocardiographie intracardiaque et de l’électrophysiologie, tout en soutenant les objectifs de vente de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités clés

Les principales responsabilités incluent :

• Formation continue : Maintenir une connaissance à jour des thérapies et technologies actuelles et nouvelles d’Abbott, ainsi qu’une compréhension globale du marché de la santé en Corée.
• Soutien clinique : Fournir une assistance aux médecins utilisant les équipements d’Abbott sur l’ensemble du territoire national.
• Gestion des incidents : Agir en tant que soutien pour le responsable marketing et des ventes en ce qui concerne la surveillance et le rapport d’incidents produits.
• Développement produit : Participer à des programmes de développement de produit sur demande.
• Analyse concurrentielle : Évaluer les caractéristiques techniques des appareils concurrents et maintenir une base de données marketing pertinente.
• Présentation et promotion : Réaliser des présentations de produits et assister aux expositions, répondant aux questions techniques des clients.
• Formation : Former les nouvelles recrues sur l’application des produits et les connaissances cliniques pertinentes.
• Objectifs de vente : Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés.
• Relations clients : Établir des relations de qualité avec les clients et organiser efficacement les ressources nécessaires.

We’re always looking towards the future, anticipating changes in medical science and technology.KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE:Intracardiac Echocardiography and EP case support and SalesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain up to date clinical and technical, relevant to assigned Division, of current and new ABT therapies and technologies as well as a general understanding of the dynamics of the country healthcare market.
• Provide clinical support and assistance to the physicians with ABT equipment throughout the whole national territory
• Act as back-up to Marketing and Sales Manager for the monitoring and correct reporting of product incidents in line with ABT standard procedures.
• Provide operative support for product development programs when requested
• Analyze the technical characteristics of competitors’ devices and contribute information to maintain the Marketing database
• Promote assigned ABT product lines and assist with market penetration & development and the establishment of new accounts by providing technical and professional.
• Conduct product presentations and perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested, responding to technical questions that might be raised by customer.
• Provide training on the application of new products and clinical knowledge of intracardiac echocardiography and Electrophysiology to new physicians or other staffs as well
• Achieves sales target
• Collaborates with manager to implement agreed POA in line with marketing strategy
• Identifies and establishes high quality customer relationships and internal collaboration
• Works within agreed budgets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Works systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand.
• Develops and uses effective strategies to influence others or to gain their support.
• Oral Communication / Presentation: effectively transfers thoughts and express ideas verbally in individual or group situations internationally.
• Planning and Organizing : effectively identifies, plans, schedules and co-ordinates the resources (people, material, information, time) required to Accomplish your goals, is well prepared for every case ensuring they have the right stock and arrives on time.
• Manages own commitments and time, works independently and autonomously across all accounts, completes administrative tasks (particularly the on line diary) accurately and in line with deadlines.
• Establishing and maintaining a highly responsive relationship and effective communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Completion of knowing the electrophysiology inside out.
• Completion of ABT product certification. Ensure all ABT standing Quality Procedures are followed and operate at all times in a way that maintains a positive perception of the ABT brand.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and process customer feedbacks/complaints/product experience in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Asia’s and Abbott Medical country’s policy and requirement
• Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Country Affiliate
• Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Country Affiliate are executed
