Description du poste

Titre du poste : **Ingénieur Mécanique**

Localisation : Corée du Sud

Description générale : Le candidat retenu sera chargé de la gestion de la construction sur site, supervisant notamment l’exécution de projets dans divers secteurs tels que la pharmaceutique, l’agroalimentaire et d’autres domaines d’ingénierie industrielle. Les responsabilités incluent la revue technique des installations, la coordination entre les différents intervenants et l’assurance qualité du projet.

Responsabilités

Les principales tâches de l’ingénieur mécanique incluent :

Analyse des exigences réglementaires liées aux installations mécaniques (chaudières, compresseurs, conduites, etc.).
Gestion de la coordination avec les exigences clients.
Développement de plans d’exécution et gestion du calendrier et des coûts.
Supervision des inspections de site et préparation de rapports.
Obtention des permis et approbations nécessaires.
Gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.

Exigences

Les candidats potentiels doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

Bachelor en Ingénierie Mécanique.
Expérience de plus de 10 ans en construction/ingénierie mécanique.
Expérience à l’international sur des projets industriels de plus de 5 ans.
Compétences en Navisworks et AutoCAD requises.
Licence d’architecture en ingénierie (obligatoire).
Connaissance approfondie des codes coréens et des réglementations locales.
Fluence en anglais et en coréen.

News and information are available at or follow us on .Learn more about our career opportunities at:Responsibilities:To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for Mechanical engineer on Construction site to manage general contractor, vendor print review and quality inspection for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to:

Mechanical Review (Steam Boiler / Compressor / AHUs / Piping / Duct) and analysis of regulatory requirement.
Management and coordination with client requirement.
Project Execution plan and management / ITP Plan / commissioning plan.
Project schedule and cost control and management .
Coordination for invoice and payment.
Responsible for site inspection and report.
Construction all related Permits and Approvals.
Bill of Materials Take off.
Coordination and management of vendor and other discipline.
Technical clarification with vendor and/or sub -constructor.
Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor or sub-contractor.
Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.
Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and liaison with site general contractor.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
+10 years’ experience in the mechanical construction / engineering.
Experience of oversea industrial project more than 5 years.
Navisworks & AutoCAD experience is must.
Good hand-on skill with 3D Modeling tools such as Sketch Up, Revit, etc.
Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software is added value.
(MUST) Engineering Architecture license.
Thorough Knowledge of Korea Code and local legislative regulations / International codes regulations.
Added value in having past work experience in the multicultural team environment.
Fluent written and oral in English and Korea.
