Coupang recherche un partenaire stratégique en apprentissage et développement (L&D) pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes d’apprentissage qui favoriseront la croissance des employés au sein de l’entreprise. Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec divers acteurs au sein de Coupang, y compris les leaders d’affaires et les partenaires en ressources humaines.
Responsabilités Principales
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission de :
- Concevoir et exécuter des programmes d’apprentissage pour développer des compétences clés, permettant à Coupang d’offrir une expérience client irréprochable.
- Réaliser des analyses des besoins afin d’identifier les lacunes en matière de compétences et de proposer des interventions adaptées.
- Collaborer avec les partenaires stratégiques pour comprendre les besoins des affaires et concevoir des programmes pertinents.
- Mesurer l’efficacité des programmes en utilisant des données pour informer les décisions et communiquer les résultats aux parties prenantes.
- Gérer et améliorer le programme d’intégration pour offrir une expérience cohérente aux nouvelles recrues.
Qualifications Requises
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Une expérience de 5 ans minimum en développement de leadership ou en ressources humaines.
- Des compétences en conception pédagogique et en facilitation, tant en présentiel qu’à distance.
- La capacité d’équilibrer la réflexion stratégique avec une exécution pratique.
- Une expérience avec les LMS et d’autres outils de création de contenu.
- Des compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et en présentation aux dirigeants.
- Une maîtrise du coréen est obligatoire, tandis que la connaissance de l’anglais ou du chinois est un atout.

This role will partner closely with STPs, business leaders, and employees across all Coupang Corp and affiliates.What You Will Do
- Design and deliver impactful learning programs and projects that develop enterprise-wide skills for the business to deliver wow experiences for Coupang’s customers
- Conduct robust needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend scalable interventions to the business to wow our learner customers
- Partner closely with Strategic Talent Partners and HR Business Partners to understand the business needs, propose meaningful programs to solve key business problems, and report on impact and outcomes
- Measure success and impact of programs on a continuous basis, leveraging data to inform decisions and reporting back to key stakeholders
- Manage and optimize our onboarding program to create a consistent experience for new hires across all of Coupang and its affiliates
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, human resources, or talent development
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills both in person and virtual
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands on execution
- Experience working in LMS and other content creation tools
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting and influencing senior
- Ability to understand data and make data driven decisions
- Korean native fluency or proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in e-commerce or retail businesses
- Fluency (or proficiency) in English and Chinese is preferable.
