Description du Poste
BAT Korea propose une position d’Analyste en Solutions Digitales IDT, un rôle clé pour diriger la planification, l’exécution et la livraison d’initiatives digitales sur divers points de contact avec les consommateurs. L’objectif principal est de gérer des projets numériques complexes, en mettant l’accent sur des expériences localisées et centrées sur l’utilisateur dans un environnement interfonctionnel.

Responsabilités Clés

Gestion de Projets : Responsable de la livraison de projets digitaux, garantissant leur alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux, délais et budgets.
Cycle de Vie du Projet : Prendre en charge l’ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, y compris la collecte des besoins, la planification, la gestion des risques et la communication avec les parties prenantes.
Collaboration Interfonctionnelle : Travailler en synergie avec des équipes diverses (marketing, commercial, analytique) et des partenaires externes pour fournir des solutions digitales de haute qualité.
Intégration des Systèmes : Promouvoir l’intégration de systèmes tels que CMS, e-commerce et CRM pour soutenir des parcours client fluides et personnalisés.
Analyse des Tendances : Surveiller constamment les tendances digitales, les attentes des consommateurs et les innovations technologiques, en se concentrant sur le comportement des consommateurs dans les marchés d’Asie de l’Est.
Conformité Réglementaire : Veiller au respect des réglementations locales liées à la confidentialité des données et à la localisation des contenus.
Documentation et Reporting : Élaborer et maintenir la documentation de projet tout en fournissant des rapports sur les métriques, l’état de livraison et les points d’optimisation.

Compétences et Expériences Essentielles

Baccalauréat en informatique, commerce digital ou domaine connexe.
Plus de 4 ans d’expérience en solutions digitales ou gestion de projet digital, de préférence dans le e-commerce ou le retail.
Expérience avérée dans la livraison de produits digitaux à l’aide de plateformes comme Magento 2, Shopify et Adobe Experience Manager.
Connaissance approfondie des outils d’engagement client tels que LINE et KakaoTalk.
Compréhension du paysage e-commerce et du comportement utilisateur en Corée, au Japon ou dans la région APAC.
Connaissances en intégration de systèmes, notamment dans les plateformes de données clients.
La maîtrise du japonais ou du coréen est un atout majeur, avec un niveau d’anglais professionnel requis.
Certifications PMP, Scrum Master ou Agile constituent un plus.

This role is central to managing the delivery of complex digital projects across different with a strong emphasis on delivering localized, user-centric experiences, in a cross-functional environment.You will act as the key liaison between internal local stakeholders, global teams and external partners to ensure digital solutions meet both strategic goals and consumer expectations. Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects across a diverse technology stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Own the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, scoping, achievement planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial, analytics,.) and external partners to deliver scalable and high-quality digital solutions.
Champion the integration of systems (CMS, e-commerce, CRM, analytics, messaging platforms) to support seamless customer journeys and personalization efforts.
Using LINE and Kakao capabilities for CRM, segmentation, and targeted communications.
Continuously monitor digital trends, customer expectations, and technology innovations, with a strong focus on consumer behavior in East Asian markets.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standard processes related to data privacy, accessibility, and content localization.
Develop and maintain project documentation and provide ongoing reporting on important metrics, delivery status, blockers, and opportunities for optimization.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor in Computer Science, Digital Business or related field
4+ years of experience in Digital Solutions, Digital Project Management, or similar roles, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or digital consulting environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering digital products and solutions using platforms such as Magento 2, Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Saleforce.
Solid understanding of customer engagement tools, particularly LINE and KakaoTalk, including CRM workflows, segmentation, and push messaging.
Solid grasp of the e-commerce landscape and user behavior within Japanese, Korean, or APAC markets, including mobile-first practices.
Experience in systems integration, especially in e-commerce and customer data platforms.
Experience with Adobe Target, GA4, and/or other digital performance measurement tools is a plus.
Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a strong advantage
Business-level English is required.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
