Ce poste représente une *opportunité unique* pour un professionnel désireux de contribuer à une équipe de gestion de la qualité au sein d’un environnement manufacturier. Le titulaire du poste sera intégré au département de l’Assurance Qualité Opérationnelle, où il soutiendra la mise en œuvre et le maintien d’un système de gestion de la qualité efficace et robuste.
Les responsabilités incluent, sans s’y limiter, les éléments suivants :
- Exécuter et atteindre les objectifs de qualité, ainsi que le plan d’amélioration de la qualité, pour promouvoir une amélioration continue.
- Surveiller les performances qualitatives et les indicateurs clés, notamment ceux liés aux tiers, afin d’identifier, communiquer et résoudre les problèmes de conformité et de qualité.
- Soutenir le processus de gestion des changements locaux pour garantir que les changements majeurs sont gérés de manière efficace et conforme.
- Participer à la gestion des risques en signalant et en examinant de manière proactive les risques de qualité.
- Faciliter les analyses de causes profondes et s’assurer que les plans d’actions correctives et préventives sont mis en œuvre et suivis de manière efficace.
Qualifications Requises
Le candidat idéal doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :
– **Diplôme universitaire** (Bachelor’s degree).
– **Expérience de plus de 2 ans** dans les industries pharmaceutique ou de soins de santé.
– **Connaissance des systèmes d’assurance qualité**, notamment pour ce qui concerne la libération de lots, la gestion des incidents produits et la réalisation d’auto-inspections.
Compétences Privilégiées
Bien que non indispensables, les caractéristiques suivantes seraient un atout :
– Une expérience antérieure en tant qu’**associé qualité** ou **spécialiste**.
– Excellentes compétences en **communication écrite et verbale**.

If so, this is the role for you.As Operational Quality Assurance Staff you will be responsible for supporting the local operating company manager to implement and maintain and effective and robust quality management system. You will also perform day to day quality operations to ensure lean and efficient ways of working to meet compliance standards.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
