Description du Poste
En tant que GSS Campaign Operations Associate, la mission principale consiste à créer et gérer des campagnes pour Amazon Prime Video. Qualifications de Base

- Expérience : Minimum 1 an dans un poste similaire.
- Maîtrise des Outils : Compétences intermédiaires en Excel et expérience avec Microsoft Office.
Qualifications Privilégiées

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will be working on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video by using the various marketing tools, operations work flows and following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality. You will also be responsible to learn and adapt to the new features and changes in the processes and follow the SOP while creating the campaigns. In this role, your will also be responsible to update the workflow tools and trackers to keep track of daily tasks. This role will need flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements. This is an individual contributor role. This is an on-site role. The role requires a graduate degree with exposure to MS office and comfort with numbers.Key job responsibilities
Operations:
- Fulfills objectives and KPI criteria for business, such as SLA, productivity, and quality targets
- Alerts managers/SMEs on problems or concerns in a proactive manner
- Meets the daily goals on tasks allocated
Quality and Process Excellence:
- Expected to work on resolving customer facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and quality.
- Complies with SOP or manager’s directions and makes sure that tasks meet quality standards.
- Associate has to spot/catch errors in the SOP content and expected to reachout to their respective Subject matter experts for correcting the SOP.
- Contributing towards process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens. Goal is to complete at least 1 Kaizen/ 4 – JDIs in a year.
- Willing to be a part of deep dive to provide inputs to SMEs while doing root cause analysis
About the team
GSS Campaign Operations Prime Video was initiated in 2019 to take up marketing & merchandising related activities within the Books org that are repetitive, low-medium complex, manual tasks distributed across many employees. We look to standardize the work items executed in an operational environment, with SOPs, productivity measurement/improvement, and ultimately automation. Over the years, we expanded our scope to 10+ GLs outside of books org and are continuing to grow by collaborating with newer teams. GSS Campaign Operations can support Demand Generation activities for all teams within Amazon and it encompasses 120+ sub-processes across Books & Non-Books Org.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Completed under graduate UG (Bachelor degree) in any of the following streams: Marketing/ Graphic Design/ Web analytics/ Advertising/ Business/ Analytics/ Information Technology/ Programming OR at least 1 year of equivalent professional experience in related positions.
– Analytical knowledge to solve basic mathematical and logical problems.
– Experience in any of the following project management, event management or related transferrable skills.
– Excel proficiency (intermediate level at least).
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
– Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule to support different shifts based on Operational needs.
– Prior experience in a cross-functional and global environment, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and earn trust from all stakeholder.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Previous experience in a similar role.
– Some knowledge or interest with devices such as Firestick, Fire TV, Apple/ Android devices.
– Experience in any of the following: Product management, Search engine optimization (SEO), Web development, Market Research, User experience (UX) design, Search engine optimization (SEO), Search engine marketing (SEM). Working knowledge of XML standards would be an added advantage
