Fonctions Principales
En tant que Country HSE Manager, l’individu sera responsable de l’implémentation du système de gestion HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) au sein de l’APG (Advanced Power Grid). Les principales missions incluent :
- Mise en œuvre et conformité : Surveillance des réglementations locales HSE, audit annuel des opérations pour garantir leur conformité et promotion des améliorations continues au sein des unités opérationnelles, y compris dans les bureaux de fabrication et les filiales en Chine.
- Formation et sensibilisation : Développement et mise en œuvre de programmes de formation HSE pour les employés, gestion des fournitures de premiers secours et organisation d’exercices de sécurité.
- Gestion des risques : Suivi des performances HSE en Chine, maintien des certifications ISO (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) et communication des meilleures pratiques entre les unités HSE.
- Conformité réglementaire : Agir en tant qu’interface principale pour le respect des obligations légales et des normes internes et externes, et assurer le contrôle des qualifications HSE des sous-traitants.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal possédera les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme de Bachelor ou supérieur en Ingénierie Environnementale, Ingénierie de la Sécurité, Santé au Travail, ou domaine connexe. Un Master ou des certifications internationales (tel que NEBOSH, IEMA) est apprécié.
- Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en gestion HSE, avec une préférence pour une expérience dans un rôle de leadership HSE au sein de multinationales ou dans l’industrie de la fabrication/énergie/produits chimiques.
- Certification en tant qu’Ingénieur HSE (accrédité par le Ministère de la Gestion des Urgences, Chine) et connaissance des réglementations locales ainsi que des normes internationales.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du chinois afin de rédiger des rapports et de participer à des réunions globales.

You will support improvement initiatives of business units, maintain APG BCP and coordinate BCP annual update in business units to ensure it reflects the changes in time and as one connection of related functions of Hitachi China for the communication and implementation of Hitachi group initiatives (EPC, MOG, HCH).You will act as Country HSE to drive and support the BUs on legal fiduciary duties compliance, drive operational excellence by ensuring the implementation of HE group programs and BUs’ operational risk management, act as the conscience within the country for HSE, report on challenges and opportunities in a timely manner to Global Function HSE and the BUs.
