Description du poste
Le rôle d’Analyste de Contrôle de Crédit chez bp est crucial pour assurer la santé financière de l’entreprise et la satisfaction de ses clients. En tant qu’analyste, vos responsabilités comprendront :
- Gestion efficace des créances : Vous serez chargé de la collecte de fonds et de la supervision des comptes clients, selon les normes et politiques de crédit de bp, en préparant des rapports de collecte.
- Surveillance des violations de crédit et de fraude : Vous devrez informer et collaborer avec les parties concernées selon les droits de décision appropriés, pour garantir le respect de toutes les politiques de gestion de crédit.
- Établissement de relations : Il est essentiel de développer des relations de travail avec les fonctions transversales telles que les ventes et le service client, afin de résoudre rapidement tous les problèmes liés aux comptes clients.
Compétences requises
Pour réussir dans ce poste, les candidats doivent posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Expérience préalable en contrôle de crédit ou service client appréciée.
- Diplôme collégial ou équivalent dans un domaine pertinent.
- Bilinguisme en anglais et allemand indispensable.
- Compétences analytiques solides, avec une bonne capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
- Compétences en communication exemplaires et aptitude à gérer les situations complexes en maintenant un focus orienté client.

- Effective cash collection and monitoring of customer accounts (or own portfolio – may be cross business or cross country responsibility) consistent with BP’s credit standard & policies and preparing collection reports.
- Supervise credit and fraud violations and inform / involve all relevant partners within their DOA
- Dealing with customers’ accounts and keeping these fully reconciled
- Adhere to the Team’s regular Key Performance Indicators (such as working conditions and performance)
- Deal promptly with customer disputes / issues in order to secure payments and follow the escalation path
- Maintain and develop working relationship with Cross functions (incl: Sales, Customer Service team etc.)
- Be able to identify key , strategic or high risk business customers and issues and take actions together with the relevant stakeholders
- Use all communication channels to resolve issues and perform daily tasks (e.g.: call customers not only send emails)
- Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts; initiate and raise „quick wins” where these are relevant
- Manage order blocks, review/resolve all credit-held deliveries and customer restrictions.
- Compliance with all relevant Credit Management related and QMS policies
What You will need to be successful:
- Previous credit control / cash collection or customer service experience is preferred
- Any kind of College Degree or Economics High School or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English AND German
- Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
- Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness.
- Effective problem solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Efficient time management and prioritization skills.
- Continuous improvement attitude with an open minded and adaptable work ethic.
