Afin de poursuivre son expansion, Madison Parker International recherche un leader axé sur les personnes, prêt à rejoindre l’équipe en tant que Crewing Manager.

Mission du Poste

Le Crewing Manager aura pour mission de diriger trois équipes essentielles : Forage, Déconstruction et Marine. Ce rôle impliquera de veiller à ce que ces équipes soient soutenues, coordonnées et préparées à réussir dans leurs missions.

Responsabilités Principales

• Leadership d’Équipe : Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du personnel à travers les trois équipes spécialisées, garantissant des performances et un moral élevés.
• Planification des Ressources : Coordonner les affectations, les rotations et la disponibilité du personnel pour optimiser leur déploiement.
• Développement des Talents : Favoriser un environnement de travail positif grâce au mentorat, à la gestion de la performance et au soutien à la formation.
• Soutien Opérationnel : Agir en tant que point de contact entre les ressources humaines, la gestion de projets et les membres d’équipage pour tous les sujets opérationnels.
• Conformité & Sécurité : Garantir que toutes les activités de l’équipage soient conformes aux normes internes et aux réglementations de l’industrie.

Profil Recherché

Les candidats doivent posséder une expérience avérée dans la gestion d’équipe, idéalement dans des environnements maritimes, offshore ou industriels. Les qualifications comprennent également :

• Compétences Interpersonnelles : Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes de manière efficace.
• Dynamisme : Esprit proactif avec la capacité de prendre des initiatives et de mener des améliorations.
• Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais ; la connaissance d’autres langues est un atout.

Over time, they have expanded the engineering services to cover the entire upstream oil and gas value chain, from drilling and all its peripheral activities to marine fleet management.Now, they’re looking for a people-first leader to help carry that legacy forward.Are you a natural team builder with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for offshore operations? Join as a Crew Manager and take the helm of three critical team’s Drilling, Decommissioning, and Marine, ensuring they’re supported, coordinated, and set up for success every step of the way.Your Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage daily crew operations across the three specialized teams, ensuring performance, safety, and morale are consistently high.
• Resource Planning: Coordinate crew assignments, rotations, and availability to ensure optimal workforce deployment.
• People Development: Foster a positive work environment through mentorship, performance management, and training support.
• Operational Support: Serve as the point of contact between HR, project management, and crew members for all operational matters.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all crew activities are compliant with internal standards and industry regulations.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing people, ideally within maritime, offshore, or industrial environments.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive improvements.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
