We’re hiring a CRM & Sales Automation Specialist to join our Systems & Ops team in Quito. You’ll help us automate internal processes and client systems, making things work faster and smarter across the company.
You’ll work closely with our product, compliance, and marketing teams to build workflows, improve CRM functionality, and support our capital raising engine with automation.What You’ll DoBuild automations using GoHighLevel, Make.com, ClickUp, and Slack Connect workflows between tools (e.g., GHL ? Google Sheets ? Slack alerts) Customize GoHighLevel to fit specific team or campaign needs Spot inefficiencies and suggest better systems Help launch new automations for internal operations and client onboarding Build dashboards and tracking tools Provide training and documentation for new systems Troubleshoot any tech issues related to automations Stay current on low-code/no-code trends What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: Fluent English communication is a MUST!
