High school diploma required completion of some collegelevel coursework is preferred
Prior experience in customer service is desirable but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and a clear commitment to delivering exceptional serviceCUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Advanced university studies at least 3rd year in International Relations, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions
Experience in customer service, problemsolving and CRM managementSALES SPECIALIST LEGAL SERVICES
Advanced university studies at least 3rd year in International Relations, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions, experience in sales, lead followup, negotiations, closing deals, problemsolving, and CRM management.
A serviceoriented individual with commercial skills and the ability to manage personnel is required.For all places to apply
Advanced proficiency in English is required
Excellent writing skills in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
Availability to work onsite at our Zone 13 location, Monday to Friday, from 800 a.m. to 500 p.m.
