With over 40 years of experience in the collection industry, we offer a range of specialized services including debt collections, quality assurance and monitoring, customer satisfaction surveys, administrative assistance, and more. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent support and solutions to our clients’ diverse needs.The customer service representative will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, maintaining a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account.We are looking for people who are:
- Detail oriented
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule
- Able to work independently as well as on a team
- Strong communication and data entry skills
- Previous Call Center experience in Customer Service is a must.
- Collection’s experience is a plus
Education requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate advanced English language (written and spoken)
