  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading European automotive brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Staying updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:

  • Have a high level of French (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
  • Have 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
  • Are strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Are excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
