- communicate well with others
- prioritize your tasks?

- have a previous experience in Customer Service
- know Slovak language
- know SAP and Excel

Main tasks
- provide service for our Czech & Slovak customers via email and phone
- work with sales team and other departments to support Kennametal partners
- create & check sales documents (in Order to Cash processes)
- use SAP, CRM, MS Office, Genesys
- take the extra mile to engage customers
