Your main responsibilities will include:Handle incoming customer calls, providing assistance and resolving inquiries effectivelyAddress customer issues through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responsesMaintain high-quality service standards, creating a positive experience for each customerIdentify and escalate priority issues as needed to ensure swift resolutionRequirements:Fluent in Spanish (C1+)Proficient in English (B2+)Ability to work on a shift basis, Monday to FridayStrong communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer serviceAvailability to work on site for the first 6 months, with a shift to hybrid work thereafterWhat is life like at Transcom?At Transcom, we’re relentlessly committed.
