Description des Missions

Les responsabilités quotidiennes incluent :

• Fournir un soutien par téléphone, e-mail et chat afin de répondre aux questions des clients.
• Transformer chaque interaction client en une expérience positive, visant à convertir les clients en véritables fans de la marque.
• Conseiller les clients sur des choix de styles, de tailles et de combinaisons d’articles, en s’assurant que chaque réponse soit parfaitement adaptée.

Le candidat travaillera en étroite collaboration avec ses collègues pour dépasser les attentes des clients, favorisant ainsi un environnement d’équipe collaboratif et soutenant l’esprit d’entraide.

Exigences du Poste

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat doit répondre aux critères suivants :

• Maîtrise du néerlandais et de l’allemand à l’oral et à l’écrit.
• Passion pour le service à la clientèle et l’interaction personnelle.
• Intérêt marqué pour la mode masculine et le stylisme.
• Expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le domaine du service client.
• Attitude proactive, enthousiasme et disposition à offrir un service exceptionnel.
• Capacité d’empathie et aptitude à comprendre les besoins des clients.
• Pensée orientée vers des solutions et gestion du stress en période de forte affluence.
• Aisance dans un environnement de travail dynamique et en évolution.
• Résidence à Amsterdam ou dans ses environs.

Our client has a webshop that specializes in clothing for men, not only in the Netherlands and Germany, but also internationally.The have a wonderful office in the center of Amsterdam on the most beautiful canal.
Your daily goal is to turn our customers into our client’s fans. As a Support Professional, you provide the best possible service to customers.You have contact by phone, e-mail and chat. Every customer is different, so you ensure that every customer also receives a ‘perfect fit’ answer.
Of course you don’t do that alone. You work together with your colleagues to help our customers with their questions beyond expectations.
You also advise customers with the right choice in terms of size, combination of items or the best colors. You think along with the customer and ensure that you always offer a suitable solution.Requirements

• You are fluent in both German and Dutch.
• You have a passion for service and personal contact
• You have a feeling for (men’s) fashion and styling
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Care
• You are proactive, enthusiastic, always positive and providing service flows through your veins
• You are empathetic and can empathize with the customer
• You think in solutions and don’t panic when it’s busy
• You feel at ease in a fast-changing, dynamic work environment
• You enjoy the challenge of taking customer service to an even higher level together with your colleagues
• You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area
