  • Address customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Use our agency management software (don’t worry—training is provided) to track and complete tasks.
  • Seamlessly switch between tasks while maintaining top-notch accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide both administrative and front-line support to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with teammates to make sure client needs are met effectively.
  • Keep client records and documentation organized and up-to-date.

Ideal ProfileWhat You Need:

  • Strong multitasking abilities: capable of managing multiple client needs at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in insurance? That’s a huge plus!
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, where both independent tasks and team collaboration are essential.
