- Address customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Use our agency management software (don’t worry—training is provided) to track and complete tasks.
- Seamlessly switch between tasks while maintaining top-notch accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide both administrative and front-line support to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with teammates to make sure client needs are met effectively.
- Keep client records and documentation organized and up-to-date.
Ideal ProfileWhat You Need:
- Strong multitasking abilities: capable of managing multiple client needs at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in insurance? That’s a huge plus!
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, where both independent tasks and team collaboration are essential.
