Salary Range: up to 1500 USDWork Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8-hour shift to be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST. Their team culture values creative problem-solving, accountability, and the use of smart technology to elevate client satisfaction.Position Overview:We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Support Specialist for Property Services to join the Resident Experience team. In this role, you will provide timely and professional support via phone, email, and chat to homeowners, builders, and real estate partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries from customers, realtors, and builders via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner at all times.
  • Log detailed notes in each customer account after every interaction.
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
  • Handle multiple customer communications simultaneously.
  • Participate in ongoing internal training to improve service skills and platform knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, including high-volume calls, emails, and chats.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or customer service platforms, particularly Freshworks Suite (Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshcaller).
  • Ability to assess customer needs and make informed decisions quickly.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Caliber and OneDrive.
  • Strong adaptability to new technologies and tools.
  • A team player who is proactive and quick to respond.
