Ce rôle clé consiste à intégrer une philosophie de qualité dans la production de whey, un des matériaux essentiels au cœur de l’activité d’Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI). En tant que membre de l’équipe qualité mondiale, le candidat agira comme un lien entre les équipes au Royaume-Uni et en Argentine, soulignant l’importance de la collaboration internationale pour garantir des standards de qualité optimaux.
Responsabilités principales
- Établir et veiller à l’implémentation de standards qualité robustes pour la whey afin d’assurer toute sa chaîne de valeur.
- Développer et maintenir des spécifications détaillées relatives à la whey.
- Collaborer avec les sites de production au Royaume-Uni et en Argentine pour relever les défis liés à la qualité.
- Gérer les incidents et les changements affectant la qualité de la whey de manière efficace.
- Challenger la culture de qualité au sein des sites de production.
- Participer aux audits des fournisseurs de whey, en alignant leur performance avec les objectifs d’AFI.
- Définir et promouvoir la stratégie qualité pour la whey.
Profil recherché
La réussite dans ce rôle requiert une formation solide en gestion de la qualité au sein de l’industrie alimentaire, plus spécifiquement dans la production laitière.
Compétences et expériences nécessaires
- Minimum cinq années d’expérience dans l’industrie alimentaire, idéalement dans la production de produits laitiers.
- Connaissance approfondie des processus de production et d’assurance qualité.
- Expérience en audits qualité, avec aptitude à évaluer et améliorer la performance des fournisseurs.
- Compétences en gestion de projets, avec un historique de succès dans la conduite d’initiatives.
- Compréhension des notions de microbiologie et leur application en sécurité alimentaire.
- Compétences en communication en anglais essentielles; la connaissance de l’espagnol est un atout.

- Approche proactive et indépendante, capable de travailler en autonomie et en collaboration.
- Orientation équipe forte, favorisant le partage de connaissances.
- Curiosité et volonté d’apprendre dans un environnement dynamique et international.

As our Global QEHS Whey Business Partner, you will be a vital member of the global whey quality team, acting as the essential link between our global and local whey teams in the UK and Argentina. Your mission is to foster the quality mindset, and drive strategic improvements. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and ensuring the implementation of robust quality standards related to whey.
- Developing and maintaining detailed specifications for whey.
- Supporting and collaborating with production sites in the UK and Argentina to address whey quality challenges and opportunities.
- Ensuring effective escalation and management of incidents and changes affecting whey quality.
- Promoting and championing a strong whey quality culture at our sites in the UK and Argentina.
- Conducting and supporting audit activities of new and existing whey suppliers and strategically aligning them with AFI’s objectives.
- Defining and driving the whey quality strategy for AFI.
As a trusted whey business partner, you will influence quality improvement initiatives, support key projects, and play a critical role in AFI’s commitment to outstanding product quality.The position is based in our global HQ in Aarhus, Denmark, and you can expect approximately 40 travel days per year, primarily between the UK and Denmark (6-8 trips/year) and occasional visits to Argentina (1-2 trips/year).What will make you successfulWe are seeking a candidate with a strong background in quality management within the food industry, ideally with experience in dairy and whey production. To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- A minimum of five years’ experience in the food industry, preferably within dairy production.
- Solid understanding of production processes and quality assurance.
- Experience in quality audits, with the ability to assess and improve supplier performance.
- Project management skills, with a proven track record of driving progress and delivering results.
- Knowledge of microbiology and its application in food safety and quality.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, enabling you to build relationships across cultures and functions.
- Preferably communication skills in Spanish.
