Titre du poste : Senior Clinical Test Manager
Ce poste clé offre l’occasion de travailler dans un environnement axé sur l’ingénierie dans le domaine de la santé auditive. Le candidat retenu sera responsable des tests cliniques intégrés, qui sont cruciaux pour le succès des produits proposés par Demant.
Responsabilités Principales
Le Senior Clinical Test Manager sera chargé de :
- Faciliter la planification des tests utilisateurs intégrés (IUTs).
- Maintenir une vue d’ensemble des tests cliniques pour le développement en audiologie.
- Coordonner et aligner le périmètre des tests avec divers intervenants.
- Gérer la préparation des IUTs, en s’assurant que les conditions préalables sont remplies.
- Maintenir la communication sur la capacité de l’équipe de tests cliniques (CAST).
- Rapporter à l’équipe de direction concernant les tests à exécuter dans le cadre de la feuille de route.
Compétences et Profil Recherché
Expérience et Qualités Personnelles :
- Un esprit proactif et une capacité éprouvée à gérer les stakeholders.
- Compétence dans la délégation et le suivi des plans en cours.
- Facilité à gérer plusieurs processus simultanément.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.

Our R&D department spans the entire circle of product development.As a Clinical Test Manager, you will be responsible for Integration User Tests (IUT) across multiple releases, – taking into account feature contributions from different teams.You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage, adherence to project timelines, and thorough quality assurance.The RoleYour main task will be to plan and manage the clinical test activities across our portfolio of releases. You will play a critical role in the success of our hearing aid solution package by ensuring adequate clinical tests.Your primary tasks are:
- Facilitate planning of specific IUT’s.
- Maintain clinical test overview for the audiology development.
- Support the need for “Feature User Test” (FUT).
- Coordinate and align test scope with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and plan preparation of IUT’s including making sure prerequisites are met such as regulatory clearance, IP release, Test persons etc.
- Maintain and communicate capacity for CAST team.
- Escalate when capacity does not meet ART request.
- Manage stakeholders across Development trains (Agile Release Trains), Delivery Program management, Marketing.
- Facilitate test flow improvements together with SAFe system architect.
- Report to the AUD ART-Leadership team, giving input to the PI Roadmap on when tests should be executed.
- Be the « daily » manager of the team, meaning oversee status/daily’s, team building etc.
